YOUR PROJECT. MANAGED FROM START TO FINISH.

A Clear, Straightforward Process

From your first enquiry through to the final installation, we coordinate every stage of your project. One team, one point of contact and a carefully managed process designed to keep everything clear, organised and moving forward.

FROM FIRST IDEA TO FINISHED SPACE

We Take Care of the Details

Whether you are planning a bespoke media wall, a new kitchen, structural alterations or a complete home renovation, we make the process as straightforward as possible.

You do not need to arrive with a finished design. Send us your ideas, photographs, measurements or inspiration, and we will help you understand what is possible.

Once your project begins, we manage the programme, materials, trades, deliveries and installation, keeping you informed throughout.

Make an Enquiry

01

Tell us a little about your project using our contact form, by email or over the phone.

Let us know what you would like to create, where the property is located and your preferred timescale. At this stage, even a rough idea is enough to begin.

Send Us Your Ideas

02

To help us understand the project, please send over anything you already have, such as:

  • Photographs of the existing space

  • Inspiration images or saved designs

  • Rough sketches

  • Approximate measurements

  • Plans or architectural drawings

  • Details of your preferred colours, materials or finishes

The more information you can provide, the more accurately we can assess the work and prepare your initial quotation.

Initial Review & Quotation

03

We will review the information provided, discuss any questions with you and aim to prepare your quotation as soon as possible.

For more detailed or larger projects, we recommend a site visit before confirming the full scope and cost.

Your quotation will clearly outline the proposed work and what is included, helping everyone begin with the same expectations.

A defined scope is widely recognised as an important part of keeping renovation costs, responsibilities and changes clear.

Survey, Design & Final Details

04

Once you are happy to move forward, we will confirm measurements and finalise the project details.

Depending on the work, this may include:

  • A detailed site survey

  • Layout development

  • Material and finish selections

  • Design revisions

  • Technical or construction drawings

  • A confirmed project programme

Nothing moves into production or construction until the main details have been agreed.

We Manage the Project

This is where we take care of the moving parts.

We coordinate the work, organise materials and deliveries, schedule the relevant trades and oversee progress on site.

You will have one main point of contact throughout, rather than having to manage several different people yourself.

Our project management may include:

  • Scheduling and coordinating trades

  • Ordering and checking materials

  • Managing deliveries

  • Monitoring workmanship and progress

  • Keeping the site organised

  • Communicating updates

  • Managing agreed changes

  • Quality checks throughout the project

Installation & Completion

06

Our team completes the installation and finishing work with care and attention to detail.

Before leaving, we inspect the completed project, complete any final adjustments and walk you through the finished space.

The result is a carefully managed project, completed properly and built to last.
